Most companies don’t need recruiters. If they post a job ad, they’ll get at least 100 applicants in 48 hours. They can spend a few hours filtering through them. They can interview the best 6 or 7, whittle it down to the top 3, and make an offer to the best of the bunch. Job done! Many businesses hire like this. But less than 1% become a unicorn.
