I recently came across Joe Natoli's video about the UX Value Loop. This video cemented my belief in the importance of UX/UI designer's focus on bridging users' needs with business goals. https://lnkd.in/e9zsafAz UX Value Loop emphasizes the symbiotic relationship between users and businesses in the design process. While users receive immediate value from a product, it's also crucial for the business to gain value as well. This exchange drives continuous improvement, forming a powerful value loop. But there is a third untapped element: while UX designers address users' needs and business values, they can also identify opportunities for innovation of new products and services. Therefore, UX/UI designers not only synchronize the value loop between users and businesses but also discover opportunities for innovative products and services along the way. This holistic approach positions designers as catalysts for business growth. #userexperience #usercentereddesign #businessrequirements #innovation

🚀 Let's spark a debate that’s as fundamental as it is crucial: Should UX come before UI in our discussions and practices? 🤔💡 🔍 When we mention UX/UI Design, it’s essential to recognize that understanding user needs through thorough UX research should steer the UI design process. If we leap directly into UI without a solid foundation of UX, are we not merely decorating instead of solving real problems? 🎨➡️🛠️ 📊 By prioritizing UX, we ensure that our designs are not just aesthetically pleasing but are built on a bedrock of user insight and functionality. This approach leads to more intuitive, user-friendly products that truly resonate with the audience. 🎯 📝 I propose that we write "UX/UI" or discuss them as distinct yet interdependent disciplines. This emphasizes that effective UI is born from well-researched UX. What are your thoughts? Do you agree that UX should come first, or do you see them as simultaneous processes? #UserExperience #UIDesign #UXUI #DesignThinking #UserFirst #ProductDesign #UXResearch #DigitalDesign #UserCenteredDesign #DesignProcess 🔗 👥 Looking forward to your thoughts and perspectives! What do you feel about this approach? Let’s get the conversation going! 💬✨

Continuous UX Research = The Key to User-Centric Design 🔍 In the dynamic world of UX design, understanding the user is not a one-time event, but a continuous process. Continuous UX research is about maintaining an ongoing conversation with your users. It's about being always on, always listening, and always learning. This approach allows us to keep pace with our users as their needs, preferences, and behaviors evolve over time. It helps us uncover insights that might not surface in one-off, project-based research. By integrating continuous UX research into our design process, we can ensure that our designs are not just based on assumptions or outdated data, but are truly reflective of our users' current needs and experiences. Remember, our users are not static, and neither should our understanding of them be. Let's embrace continuous UX research and design better, together! #UXDesign #UserResearch #ContinuousLearning
