As we talk to people every single day (average of 6 - 7 hours a day ) we have seen a remarkable trend . I don't have hard data to support this finding ( just a gut feeling) But it seems that SOME ( certainly not ALL) people have an expectation to work LESS. Now, to be fair, they are willing to be compensated less ( in some cases) I consider the talks I have with a candidate to be proprietary . That aside, our customer is the CLIENT. So, if the candidate and I discuss " work /life balance" " weeks of PTO" , " remote work only " I do assess the work ethic of the candidate .
