Solutions Architect at Dell Technologies

This week I had the pleasure of seeing and listening to Michael Dell and Bill Scannell share their future visions for both Dell Technologies and the tech industry as a whole in our corporate office in Hopkinton. Michael mentioned in his opening how there is a noticeable shift in the industry every ten or so years. In the 1990s we saw the home PC become commonplace. In the early 2000s the Internet was in its infancy, ultimately leading to the rise of the public cloud around 2010. Now, in the early 2020s, we are full steam ahead into the AI generation led heavily by GenAI and large language models. In my 13 years with Dell (formerly EMC), I have been lucky enough to see - and be a part of - some of the most pivotal technological shifts in our history. Looking ahead, I am more excited than ever to be a part of whatever the next 'shift' may be, and to continue to witness the remarkable capabilities of AI across the industry. More importantly, I couldn't imagine a better team to go through that journey with than the team here at Dell. It feels pretty good to have a job I love and to help design solutions for customers that drive and provide meaningful change. #thankful
