When it comes to ensuring that your customers are getting the utmost enjoyment from a bottle of Wenlock Spring water, there's much more to it than simply choosing between still or sparkling ✨ Just like a great bottle of wine, a refreshing gin and tonic or even a good old pint, it's all about the perfect serve👌🏻 So what's the Wenlock Spring way? 🤷♀️ Our water is best served chilled, but importantly, not straight from the fridge ❄️ And as for ice and a slice? It’s a no from us! 🍋 When the water is this delicious, there's no need for added extras, and ice, often made with tap water, can interfere with the delicate natural flavour that we're best known for 🚰 It really is as simple as that 💙 #foodanddrink #hospitality #springwater #perfectserve

Welcome To Choice… It’s Not So Black and White Anymore For years your customers have had just one choice when it comes to the black stuff – now there is another, and it might just be better. Now available as part of BrewDog’s headliner range, Black Heart is a 4.1% ABV classic draught stout alternative, brewed in and for this century. The Beer A no-nonsense dry-Irish style stout. Chocolate and extra dark crystal malts give layers of roasted, toasted coffee and cocoa, with a hint of caramel coming through. It’s smooth, it’s creamy, it’s all head and it’s all heart. The Category Opportunity Stout is the second fastest growing beer category +10.9%, worth almost £1bn (£947m) It grew +8.8% in value and +0.9% share in the last three years – exceeding pre-covid levels1 Draught Stout has 97% Category Share, but with the category dominated by just one brand, this provides a huge opportunity for an alternative premium stout to drive further growth and higher margins Discover the Alternative At BrewDog we believe drinking beer is about discovery and experimentation, with a mountain of different types and styles available. However, when it comes to stout, there really is only one choice in most pubs and bars and has been for years. As the experts in taste and quality, we have worked with our brewers to develop a classic draught stout, that can be offered to those looking to try something new. With flavour at its core, Black Heart is already introducing more younger consumers to the stout category, indicating its potential to drive further growth by appealing to those that have all but given up on the chance of a stout alternative. What if it’s better? Get in Touch Available NOW in 50L KEGS and to be poured through a NITRO LINE. Also available - iconic assets including hero font and tap handles, glassware, POS and staff t-shirts. Coffee Tip of the Week - Fake Froth in the Microwave Needless to say, the best way to prepare an espresso drink is with a proper espresso machine. However, if you are brewing Altruistic Joe's Wake Up! Espresso Blend at home and would like some frothed milk without the steam wand to make your favorite specialty drink, try heating 1/2 cup of milk in the microwave until small bubbles form (about 1 min), whisk vigorously in a bowl, and then pour your hot milk into 1/2 cup of coffee and top with the foam for a homemade cappuccino or latte! That’s our tip of the week - Cheers! #altruisticjoe #coffee #coffeetime #coffeeshop #espresso #barista #coffeelovers #coffeegram #specialtycoffee #coffeecompany #smallbusiness #tipsandtricks #coffeetips

We're pleased to note that the ABV Barrel Shop is the exclusive retailer in the State of Missouri for Old Louisville Whiskey Co. For those of you not familiar with Old Louisville, they are a brand that is on fire out of Louisville, Kentucky. They are known for offering older sourced whiskey and some unique finishes. We've got four exciting new barrel picks in from Old Louisville: 1). An 8-year-old 104 proof brandy cask finished bourbon. The brandy cask was a vintage offering from 1948, offering some very different tastes to a brandy cask finished product. This one goes for $100. 2). A 7-year-old 118 proof wheated bourbon offering. This one goes for $100. 3). A 7-year-old 125 proof double oaked bourbon. The secondary cask used to finish this one was a French Oak barrel. This one goes for $150. 4). A 16-year age stated (17-year liquid) bourbon that comes in a whopping 154 proof! While this one earns its stripes as a HAZMAT offering, it drinks well below that proof and is an excellent sipper. This one goes for $400. Hey, we understand that's a big investment in whiskey, but this is truly a unicorn... a bourbon that age and at that proof, there really aren't any comps out there. Please note, all bottles come in a velvet bag like the one in the center (the HAZMAT offering comes in a red bag, the rest are black). Also, we have all available to taste other than the HAZMAT offering. There's just too few of those in inventory to have on the Tasting Bar.

Two great things here which say it all: this is a blended whisky that will appeal to single malt snobs. Some peated whiskies don't stand up to the claim; this will not disappoint. Famous for their iconic flattened black bottles, sourced originally from Germany before the First World War, this old whisky blender the biggest blender in the world has created another highly pleasurable sipping whisky. There are some truly unique and surprising things here. It comes at a generous ABV of 46.30% and is non-chill filtered. It's a mix of peated malts and unpeated grains which mellow somewhat the smokiness, allowing you to stay on your feet. Now regarding complaints. You will not complain about the robustness of its peatiness. It hasn't been prettified. You get a complex sweetness with all the notes of a great peaty whisky. This is a highly enjoyable whisky, a social sipper coming at a very reasonable price. We all know the feeling - cracking open an ice cold beer on a hot summer day is one of life's simple pleasures. But have you ever wondered why beer just tastes better when it's chilled to perfection? 🤔 It turns out there's some fascinating science behind this phenomenon! 🧪 When beer is served at lower temperatures, it enhances certain qualities that make it extra refreshing and thirst-quenching: •Bitterness from hops is amplified, creating a more pronounced hoppy flavor 🌿 •Carbonation is more pronounced, giving the beer a crisper, more effervescent mouthfeel 🥤 •The beer appears more clear and bright 🍺 However, serving beer too cold can actually dull some of its best flavors and aromas. The cold temperatures slow the release of aromatic compounds, making the beer taste thin and one-dimensional. 🤢 So what's the ideal serving temperature for beer? Most experts recommend chilling lagers and light ales to around 38-45°F, while darker, more complex beers like stouts and porters taste best a bit warmer, around 45-55°F. 🌡️ The next time you reach for a cold one, remember - the perfect beer is just a few degrees away! 🍻 #BeerScience #ChilledPerfection #beersofinstagram #beergarden #beertography #beerstagram #beerlovers #beer #craftbrewing #malt #craftbeer #brewing #dvkspimpex #brewers #brewery #brewer #brewerytap #brewerylife #hops #india #DVKSP #craftbeerindia #indiancraftbeer
