The best content marketing connects with an audience through storytelling, not by promoting a product. Case in point... and on-brand for the holidays... one of my favorite commercials is Frankenstein's Home for the Holidays by Apple. It brings tears to my eyes every time I watch it. The product in this Apple ad is woven seamlessly into the story without being promotional and that's what makes it so impactful. It's memorable because it tells a compelling and relatable story.
