The #CircularEconomy (CE) concept is now widely embraced by #academia, #practitioners, and #governments as a vital path towards #sustainability. Extensive research and practical investigations underscore that #organizationalculture and #leadership are key factors in adopting #circular practices and ensuring their #longterm #success. Without a foundation of values, behaviors, and mindsets aligned with #CE principles, relying solely on capabilities, competencies, and technologies becomes a formidable challenge in ensuring the endurance of this #innovative business approach.
Building upon this premise, my doctoral thesis proposes a guide to steer companies, that are on the transition journey, in implementing CE at the cultural level. This approach ensures that the #circular model transcends a one-time #innovation project, instead establishing itself as an enduring, pervasive force within the organization and extending its influence across the broader #businessecosystem.
