Ocular Surface Tumors or Dysplasias, if present early and recognised, can be safely treated with medical management and can have great outcomes. These patient present with redness, watering and mass on the eye surface which is commonly loacted in the open or visible part of the eye. Sharing the visible change in the surface with just the medical management in this eye. Today, I observed a complete removal of the posterior quadrants of the internal anal sphincter following a STARR procedure.
