Job seekers and #employers facing the ever-challenging world of #Artificial #Intelligence in #Talent #Selection and #Management must also keep in mind the importance of defining who you are and who you want to be. The #search for the perfect match becomes much more #focused and #effective as you strengthen and clarify this definition. So, keep tweaking and never lose hope.
