My word for the year? LOVE ❤️
When I live my life leading with love, good things follow.
On the inside, I experience more feelings of contentment, peace 🕊and joy.
My decisions and actions are truer to who I am. I show up better for my family and friends. My connections with others are deeper and more fulfilling. The impact of my work is greater.
The power of leading with love is immense, yet it’s not simple... or easy. So much about day-to-day life (and in our minds) can get in the way. Therefore, my main commitments are to:
⏯ Consistently pause and bring myself back into myself.
Am I thinking and (re)acting from a place of love? If not, why not? What can I carry forward with these insights to recalibrate?
☕ Take daily actions to keep my own cup filled.
I strongly believe that real self care is grounded in self-compassion, coming from a place of self-knowing. When I’m stuck, I will give myself the time, space and grace to focus on ME. ‘What do I need today / at this moment?’ When I do this, the answers are clearer, often better and are guided by love.
💫 Continue to bring this intention to the professional choices I make.
I’ve had the honor of using my experience, gifts and passions to help lift up and fuel the work of people I love, doing what they love. How incredible is that?! Having full freedom in the growth of my practice could easily be led by ‘shoulds,’ but I will keep bringing it back to L-O-V-E.
I wish all of you an incredible 2024. In your interactions with me, I hope you can feel the ❤️❤️
