It's about time I shared our company video on my personal account!
To me, this video really captures the capabilities of Crossen Engineering. While it showcases our advanced machinery and technology, it also highlights the people behind them and our dedication to the customer!

Yesterday, I revisited Star Rapid a place where I've previously served as General Manager and CEO. Since leaving in 2018, I've maintained various advisory/directorship roles there. I have a deep connection with that company.
Star Rapid is more than just a former workplace to me; it's a team I deeply care about. Its culture, the team, and especially the owner, Gordon Styles, have been integral to my professional journey.
Gordon, a mentor and close friend for over 15 years, has contributed significantly to my understanding of manufacturing. He provided me with the privilege to lead, train with top engineers, and associate with leading institutions like the University of Cambridge IfM Engage, leading to my eventual role there as an Industrial Associate.
In my view, Star Rapid stands as a model factory, setting the highest standards in the precision machining industry, particularly in China. The facility is immaculate, with world-class quality control, efficient management, and lean operations.
The equipment is state-of-the-art, with Tsugami Swiss lathes, DMG 5-axis machines with robotic arms, and all-electric injection molding machines by Fanuc. The engineering leadership team, all have over 30 years of experience each, is committed to excellence.
They are also the most quacky bunch of individuals I have ever had the chance. to work with. You know you are working with a great engineer, when they answer any technical question with: 'Well....It depends'.
I love talking about machines, equipment and processes, and working to understand as much as possible. I love #engineering and #operationalexcellence
You can hear me talking shop with Gordon...unfiltered, just in utter amazement of their new Tsugami np Swiss lathe! haha. Just in awe. They can take turned parts and reduce the cycle times by 80% or more. It is an incredible machine!
Anyways, #happythanksgiving!
Laurent you are a great leader. You were missed when you left Pearl.
