My four year old heat pump failed last week. Because it is still under warranty, I am told you will take several days to ship the part. In the meantime, I am a senior citizen sweltering in my house. To me it is unacceptable you take three days to process a repair order and then another couple of days to ship the txv(?) valve. That is terrible customer service. If I need to replace this unit in the future, it will not be with another Bosch unit. I have already told the people in my circle to stay away from your products. My old Carrier unit was 19 years old before it needed replacement parts. This is pitiful!

Can I ask a question. Why does a contractor use round pipe for a return drop? If the home owner want’s a humidifier later on in the future where are you going to put it? Then your changing that out to rectangular duct later. Not to mention I think round duct like that looks terrible.
