Choosing the right type of hair extension for different hair textures involves matching the extension texture to the client's natural hair. For fine hair, opt for lightweight extensions like tape-ins or microlinks. For thick or coarse hair, consider heavier options like sew-ins or fusion extensions to ensure a seamless blend and natural look. #hairextensionexperts #hairextensionclass #tips #microlinkclass #hairclass #wigmakingclass #styling #weaveclass #income

Hairstylist with passion 🤩 Founder, Totem Hair - an onsite pop-up hair salon 💚 Bringing a feel-great factor to London offices, events, workplaces, parties 🚂 Adding value to commute ✨️ Helping staff retention
Ladies, got an event, party, or wedding to go to in August? Looking for that on-trend wavey hairstyle that lasts all night? If your hair has a habit of dropping waves or curls, don't worry - here are 5 hairstylist tips that work like magic every time. 1. Product is key. Don't skip this step! When your hair is damp, apply plenty of mousse (at least 1 tennis ball size, if not 2) and dry it in with your hairdryer. 2. Before tonging each section of hair, give it a light mist of hairspray. This trick will lock in the waves and keep them in place. 4. When the hair is wrapped around the barrel, lightly touch the outside of the hair to check when it is hot. 5. Once hot, let the coil of hair drop off the tong. Mist with a little hairspray again, and let it cool down. 3. Work your tonging magic methodically, section by section, from bottom to top. A little patience goes a long way in achieving the perfect wavey look. Then gently loosen the waves with your fingers for that chic finish. Get ready to steal the show at any event with stunning, long-lasting waves! 🌟 #EventReady #HairTipsAndTricks
