In the heart of Industry 4.0, massive amounts of data are continuously generated on manufacturing floors and industrial plants every day. Enterprises grapple with it to refine operations, boost efficiency, and unlock hidden insights. But this data-driven revolution comes at a cost: increased pressure on data usage and security. A single disruption, a leak, or a breach can cripple operations, leading to costly downtime and damaged reputations. The demand for secure, reliable connectivity has never been greater. This is where private 5G networks step in. At Boldyn Networks, we're building these dedicated networks for enterprises, acting as a fortress for critical operations and sensitive data. By tightly controlling who and what can access the network, we create an environment where data breaches become far less likely. On-site encryption adds another layer of security, ensuring that even if data is intercepted, it remains indecipherable. Our Senior Director of Operations, Janne Isosaari, recently delved into this topic in an interview with RCR Wireless, discussing how private 5G networks are like a protective shield for important operations and sensitive information. No wireless network is completely safe from interference, but private 5G networks have a big advantage. They use a dedicated frequency, which makes interruptions much less common and easier to fix. Exciting news for London! High-speed 4G and 5G mobile coverage is now live in the tunnels between Liverpool Street and Paddington on the Elizabeth line, following all Elizabeth line stations getting mobile coverage earlier this year. But that’s not all — this summer, in partnership with Transport for London, we’re expanding coverage to the tunnels between Whitechapel, Canary Wharf, and Woolwich, meaning uninterrupted connectivity for passengers across the entire Elizabeth line. Plus, further sections of the Northern, Bakerloo, Piccadilly, and Victoria lines are set to go live in the coming months. What are our people’s favourite memories from our first year as Boldyn? As part of our birthday celebration, we asked our amazing team to share photos depicting their favourite moments from the past year. The response was huge! Each one reflecting the incredible spirit of Boldyn. We couldn’t possibly share them all, so we got our Group Chief Commercial Officer, Andrew McGrath, to pick his top three: The first winning entry is from Mark Francisco, when he took part in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in London, the world’s largest corporate running event. Running 5.6km to support Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity. Next, Dawn Laffoon chose a memory of when herself and her team came together for the first time in almost four years for the New York Holiday Party to spend quality time together as a team. And finally, Millie Letori with her Movember entry. A challenge that was embraced company-wide in support of men’s mental health. While Millie and the GDT team were in the middle of migrating every Boldyn employee onto the same system. #HappyBirthday #Rebrand #ConnectedFuture #BoldynNetworks

Time to celebrate! 🥳 It’s our official birthday bash and we’re celebrating a year since we came together as one Boldyn! Reflecting on all that’s happened over the past year fills us with pride and we’re well on our way to achieving our goal of becoming the world’s largest neutral host provider. We’ve welcomed two new companies to Boldyn with the acquisition of the Cellnex’s private networks business in Europe and Apogee, Inc. in the USA. We brought online more than 40 underground stations with Transport for London, delivered OpenRAN to enhance fan experience at live events in partnership with Sunderland City Council, and started work to connect the world’s largest offshore windfarm with Ørsted. We installed base wide connectivity at Fort Jackson, started providing networks to more iconic venues including Sacramento Kings' Golden 1 Center and extended our long-term partnership with ASM Global. We started work on our #ROMA5G project with Roma Capitale and even launched our work on the first-ever private 5G SA network to an operating European hospital with University of Oulu and Oulu University Hospital. All this and so much more. From enabling interconnected transport to connecting venues and creating smart cities across the world. Boldyn Networks doesn’t just talk about the future. It exists to help build it. Join the celebration: https://ow.ly/aPvQ50SrfH8 Sarah Roberts Igor Leprince #HappyBirthday #Rebrand #ConnectedFuture #BoldynNetworks
