I’m proud and humbled to begin my second term as McKinsey’s global managing partner this week. A couple of recent recognitions exemplify our strength and distinctiveness. TIME and Statista have ranked us the 34th most sustainable company in the world—the top ranking among our peers in the industry. This underscores our commitment to become the largest private-sector catalyst for decarbonization and recognizes our efforts to integrate sustainability into our own business practices. Earlier this year, TIME and Statista also named us the top company for future leaders. This was particularly meaningful to me. We are committed to creating an unrivaled environment for exceptional people, and this ranking recognizes our efforts to unleash the potential of leaders who can shape industries and drive change globally.
