From a young age, I have been passionate about becoming a mechanical engineer. Despite my strong interest and determination, I have faced numerous rejections from colleges due to my disability and could not get into the degree program. This discrimination has not deterred me; instead, it has strengthened my resolve to pursue a career in the mechanical field. In India, opportunities for deaf individuals are limited due to societal misconceptions and a lack of inclusive programs. Many employers and educational institutions are not equipped to accommodate the needs of deaf individuals, leading to a significant gap in opportunities. This barrier has only motivated me to seek out organizations that are committed to inclusivity and equal opportunity.
I am particularly inspired by BMW's Deaf Apprentice Program in Germany, which stands as a testament to the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. This program has successfully integrated deaf individuals into the workforce, providing them with valuable skills and career opportunities. Upon reaching out to the team in Germany, they directed me to contact the team here in India for such opportunities. Veículo Elétrico e Hidráulico Autossustentável. O projeto é elaborado com cinco fontes de geração de energia, que são instalados nos veículos elétricos e mantendo assim as baterias carregadas tornando o veículo autônomo. Não precisando recarregar as baterias, pois, elas se manterão carregadas, eliminando assim o estresse gerado em procurar um local para recarregar as baterias, não tendo postos de recargas inclusive em muitos países não tem nenhum. O tempo que se perde para carregá-las tão escasso nos dias de hoje, e um veículo a combustão enche o tanque em minutos sem precisar fazer cálculos, e pela deficiência de energia elétrica no mundo essas são as grandes barreiras a serem derrubadas, e essa é uma forma mais rápida e eficiente de se utilizar um veículo Elétrico e Hidráulico Autossustentável.
