I was tempted to add a photo of my dog, however, instead, I realized this says a lot about the company and is not a company I would like to work for so I withdrew my application.

In my opinion, resumes are no longer valid. Many recruiters are now shifting through perfect resumes written by AI, where everyone is qualified 😂 for the role. Organizations that are leaning in and utilizing AI and automation to ease applications for the users and provide a secure environment to do so - no more random texts, or links to click (risking fraud) and a centralized place to check your applications and status instead of creating a profile at each organization's ATS - where only 50% of the applicants will ever hear back is just nuts! There is a better and more humancentric way! AppyHere is a great example of this methodology for frontline hires. I think it's time to rethink the white-collar application game as well. 🙌
