Last week, the entire Blue Owl Capital Private Wealth team came together in New York City for our Global Sales Meeting. Our theme this year was “Drive to Thrive” and just like in Formula 1 Racing, our business is a team sport.   The goal of the meeting was simple: learn, engage, and have fun. With significant growth across our team and expansion into new channels and markets, coming together to learn from each other, reflect on our challenges and opportunities, and build on our collective vision is critical. We had a jam-packed two days that featured insights from our executives, investment teams, and key partners. A big thank you to everyone who spent time with us - Doug Ostrover, Marc Lipschultz, Marc Zahr, Sean Ward, Craig Packer along with our guest keynote speaker, Formula One executive, Mark Gallagher and guest panelist Glenn Schorr, Senior Managing Director & Research Analyst at Evercore.   We have the best team in the race, and I am incredibly proud of our commitment to the ‘one Blue Owl’ mindset and for always striving to deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients.   Let’s keep our eyes on the road and our foot on the gas!
