Important cost every Business should consider before fixing the price of their product. #Cost of your Equipments, You need to consider the cost of acquiring your tools and equipment, This will enable you to fix the depreciation rate and value of depreciation attributed to each production batch so you will be able to replace the tools over their useful life. #Labour cost, the cost you pay your staff or laborer per production should be considered, You can easily consider this cost either by using the hour spent per production batch or the quantity of product produced, like I pay my staff based on the quantity of products produced per batch. #Data cost, You always market your products on different social media platforms and you have not considered how much is spent on data weekly or monthly, Tell me how you know whether you are making a profit or not.? #Packaging cost, Your product will be packaged before it gets to the customers, You must factor in the cost of all the packing used like pouch bag, sticker, customized nylon, etc. #Heat cost, If you use gas, charcoal, electricity, etc. in your production you must also consider adding it to the cost of production before fixing the price.
