How cool is this boaring rig! I'm fascinated by wooden pipes but I've always wondered 'How' exactly did someone go about transforming the log into a usable pipe.
You can imagine my excitement to see this display yesterday!
Do you think you could turn the drill? Talk about a workout!

⛳️ DRILL OF THE WEEK ⛳️ - The Head Swivel Drill
Do you struggle with topping, early extension or creating lag? 🤔
The Head Swivel Drill is for you.👇🏻
The drill concept is to get your eyes to follow your intended swing path (e.g a right handed golfer with the intention of a draw ball flight - eyes follow the in to out swing path).
The idea is to FEEL the eyes starting the downswing keeping your vision slightly ahead of the club head looking down your intended swing path line, this will help to pivot your chest in the follow through more efficiently, whilst maintaining your head in a lower position & forces the hips to push slightly backwards away from the ball to reduce early extension.
The drill concept can also help to creat a feeling of more shaft lean or lag on the down swing to promote more distance & fluidity.

What’s a drill?
A drill is ANY activity that has an impact on how swimmers move through the water.
When I think in those terms, suddenly I have a lot more options, and a lot more effective options for creating change.
Spring Theory: We are like trampolines. Trampolines need the springs connecting them to their frame to function, so they they work correctly. We also need connection to function properly. If someone loses one of their "springs"; a friend, a safe place, a purpose in their life. They cannot function at the same level until that "spring" is replaced. Load trial of the movable load bearing deck. All going smoothly.
Next step to figure out foolproof safety for this contraption.
I don’t post here as regularly as on my Instagram so additional information for everyone who is just seeing this on Linkedin - You are seeing a load bearing deck which can be cleared out of the way to use the space below it.
Why would anyone want something like this?
Let’s imagine you have a swimming pool 🏊🏽. Now you can’t use that space for anything other than that, right? Install this deck on it and you can use it as your regular floor space, set up a dinning table, dance on it. I’ll let your imagination do this for you.
When you want to swim, clear the deck and fold it! Just tht! It takes less than a minute!
Comment if you’d want to install it over another kind of space.

Try this step drill to improve your downswing!
As we head into winter there are many ways we can still improve our game. This step drill allows you to train proper sequencing of your body and club. Having the proper downswing sequence gives you a better chance to shallow the club shaft as you start the downswing. It also lets you avoid the dreaded coming "Over The Top" action where that club shaft will tend to steepen (become more vertical) at the start of the downswing and create inconsistent contact on the face, deep divots, and more bad news. Do this drill without a ball and film yourself doing it to make sure you have proper form and then start to feel this movement without the step in your normal swing.
Leave a comment if you have any questions on the drill below.
