Shortcuts don't work. Change of business ownership financed transactions, backed by the SBA, involve 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀.  Both sides of the transaction. People with integrity and complete transparency.  People who recognize they must take ownership and commit to the path of success. Whether you're a buyer or a seller... ...shortcuts will bite you in the a$$. I mean, we get it.  There's a temptation to take the easy way. Sellers seek fast cash. Buyers seek an easy loan.  But cutting corners leads to a lack of trust, and that's not a great way to start this process. Stop the market madness.  You're the architect of your own turmoil. From beginning to the end... ...commitment from both parties is critical. Take the time, prepare, and put in the effort. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟵𝟬%> 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁. Why do you keep asking for more? What about you?  Commit to the process.  You'll be pleasantly surprised at how successful and painless the transaction can be 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁.  Forge ahead with purpose; the path of least resistance is often the road to ruin. #SBA #BusinessSellers #BusinessBuyers #BusinessBrokers  #Entrepreneurship

Deb, thanks for the reminder that shortcuts don't work. But doing things the wise way doesn't have to be daunting. When you make the decision to COMMIT, it becomes easier to take one wise step than the next.
