Customers experiencing a sense of neglect, and uncertainty about whom to reach out to – it's a familiar, unsettling narrative I frequently come across. I have read Will Farnell's book "The Human Firm," and it really hits home with my core values. While technology definitely has a role to play in helping with legal cashiering tasks, human beings continue to be a crucial element because of their specialised knowledge, ability to adjust, knack for troubleshooting, and the personal connection they establish in client interactions. #outsourced #cashroom #human #gamechangers
The Human Firm is a new game-changing read from Will Farnell. Join Stefan Barrett and Samantha Mitcham FMAAT for this informal and informative chat about contributing to the book: http://1sa.ge/RCW250PAjlA
