I am proof that the American dream is still alive and well. Look at my life story: I came here in my early twenties, with no real connections or network, and started a whole new life. And because this country is uniquely welcoming to risk-taking, I’ve been able to go from software engineering, to business school, to venture capital, to starting my own business…to ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange. You can’t even imagine such a thing - and it happens here. In my mindset, the possibilities are infinite - this is just the beginning. Happy birthday, America! 🇺🇸You are truly magical!

You said it very well 🙏🙏🙏 Bipul Sinha

Well, I'll have to question that! Did you know America disallows H1B spouses from seeking employment. This is essentially discriminatory towards women by a country that otherwise yells feminism! If the wife has the H1B and the husband is a dependent, that isn't socially accepted, so I've seen married couples do long distance and then eventually move back to country of origin. In other cases where the Husband has the H1B, the wife ends up sacrificing her career because the Great America forces her to stay unemployed! I know writing something like this is Good for LinkedIn but reality is that America is discriminatory towards Immigrant Women by Policy. They are not allowed to dream the moment they land in America and that's by govt policy. And this is just a plain fact!

This is the best thing I’ve read all day! Bipul, your story is truly inspiring and emblematic of all that is uniquely possible in this country! Happy July 4th!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thanks for your post Bipul! The USA is far from perfect, and I hope we continue to be better, but I also think it's a pretty good place to be!

Your journey is indeed inspiring and a testament to the opportunities available in America. While it's true that many find success through hard work and determination, it's also important to recognize the role of luck and opportunity. For every success story, there are countless others who face significant challenges and setbacks. It's a reminder of the need for both individual effort and a supportive environment. And yes, Happy Independence Day, America!
