We're excited to see the data revealed from the collaboration between two BTI alumni, CellChorus, a dynamic single-cell analysis platform, and Indee Labs, a hydrodynamic delivery platform. Congrats on the outcome! 👏
Here is what we learned:
📈 Improved CAR-T Yields: Hydroporation resulted in 1.7 to 2 times higher CAR-T yields compared to electroporation, with superior cell viability and recovery.
🔬 Enhanced Cellular Performance: Hydroporated cells exhibited rapid proliferation, robust target cell lysis, and increased pro-inflammatory and regulatory cytokine secretion.
🚀 Scalability: The article demonstrated that scaled-up hydroporation can process 5 x 10^8 cells in less than 10 seconds, showcasing its potential for high-yield and precise CAR-T cell manufacturing.
