We invite you to the third iteration of the UTS Tech Festival (17-28 June). This year, we have taken things to the next level and have organised heaps of exciting events and activities.

Some of the highlights
💥 Tech Fest has grown significantly from 30 to 40+ events.
💥 Many of these events are student-led.
💥 There are more hackathons than ever.
💥 The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering will have a strong presence this year.
💥 Games Development has had a significant growth, from 5 to 15 events.
💥 Cybersecurity will run its first-ever showcase.
Our program consists of +40 events, including:
💥 6 x Student Showcases (Software Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cybersecurity, Robotics, AI, Games)
💥 7 x Hackathons supported (Rapido, Marintec, StreetKind, MathWorks, Apple Foundation Program, MSI, ProtoSpace, AECOM).
💥 4 x Competitions including the Armless Samurai Gaming Competition, Programming Competition, Cybersecurity Competition and LEGO Competition
💥 16 x Fireside Chats / Workshops with topics ranging from Accessible Game Design, Development of VR Experiences, Quantum Computing, Building PowerApps in AI, Discovering your Professional Strengths and Brain-Computer Interfaces, and Making 3D Animated Films, among others.
💥 6 x Career Panels in Software Engineering, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Games Development, and Civil Engineering.
