Here are some tips to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance during the summer months: 🔌 Fully disconnect. Plan ahead to completely unplug from work when you’re on PTO. Studies show that taking regular breaks helps reduce stress and improve overall job satisfaction. ❌ Set boundaries. When you’re not on PTO, clearly define your work hours and stick to them. Setting boundaries between work and personal time can prevent burnout and enhance your focus when you are working. 🏄 Get active. Use the longer days to engage in outdoor fun––a family picnic, a hike, or a simple evening walk––to boost your mood and energy levels. 📈 Find a coach. Engage in BetterUp coaching, which has been shown to lead to an +81% increase in work-life balance.
