A big shout out to our fearless team leaders for the Bethany care challenge! (pictured left to right: Mary Ann, Katrina, Tahni). And the winner of a week paid time off for each team member is… TEAM KATRINA!!! Congratulations to everyone!

Six weeks ago, Bethany decided to give a week of paid vacation to the team who provided the most care to those we serve by focusing on the "extras." While going "above and beyond" is something that our team does consistently, we wanted to make it an undeniable focus and have some fun taking care of our staff along the way! Team Tahni took 1st place for their commercial explaining why Bethany is a great place to work. We hope you enjoy it!

As we wrap up Nursing Assistant Appreciation Week, we wanted to say, from our management team to our very special Hospice Aides, thank you for everything you do to care for the patients and families we serve. You are appreciated today and every day!

Bethany loves to support local businesses and we love that local businesses support us! Whether it is a nursing facility, local coffee shop, or your favorite drive thru, our hats are off to the other "locals" providing great service!

In honor of Pride Month, Bethany recognizes the contributions of the LGBTQ+ community to healthcare and our community at large. We believe that our team is stronger when we all bring our full, authentic selves to work. Being yourself is never wrong. Happy Pride Month!
