Go Be Great!  Episode 71: Leaders can speak up last. Be the last to speak up in a meeting. Especially if you're a company leader. It shows leading by listening. If one of the leaders speaks first, often others won't speak as honestly. People that hear you speak last see you as listening before leading.  As you make big company decisions for the benefit of your employees and the company, getting their ideas aids in your choices. "What do I do if I've been clear and curious in my communication, set behavioural expectations, outlined the consequences if there's no change, had the conversation multiple times, and the person STILL won't step up?"
