3 STAR HOTEL LIGHTING DESIGN Every level of project deserves a designer's touch. For the Beeman Hotel in Dallas maximizing the impact for the given dollars spent was the main objective whether that be with architecture, interior design or lighting. 3star/3.5star hotels rarely invest in groovy design but this one did and it is unique, interesting and comfortable. The proof of success is when the customer ratings are higher than the star rating and this one gets 4/5 stars on TripAdvisor and 8.2/10 on Hotels.com During the day, spaces that have skylights need a visual to lift the space and create some contrast to overcome the daylight. In this case we developed a lighting sculpture with Neotek Lighting that fills the volume, brings your eye up and makes the space feel even larger. At night the linear sculpture and the neon sculpture create a character difference between the two adjacent rooms and gives patrons a choice of classic, comfortable white light or hip and groovy colored light. #hoteldesign #hotellighting #lightingdesign

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 27% of the U.S. workforce works remotely, while 52% of the U.S. workforce work in a hybrid model. 💻️ As we continually see an uptick in these statistics, more luxury apartment complexes emphasize the importance of beautifully designed co-working spaces and meeting rooms. At The Taft Apartments, we were tasked to create several spaces that blended relaxation and productivity. These amenities make The Taft stand apart from other apartment complexes, resulting in higher demand and increased ROI for our clients. 📈 #commercialinteriorsolutions #moderninteriordesign #interiordesigntrends [Interior Design Trends, Modern Interior Design, Contemporary Interior Design]

Recently, we have come across many luxury hotels inquiring about the need for metal elements, such as decorative panels, room dividers, ornate fixtures, and many more. They are recognizing the importance of incorporating metal into their design and aesthetics. When hotels feature stylish metal decorations, they attract online attention as well. There is no doubt that these elements add to the visual appeal, atmosphere, and overall ambiance of the hotel and guest experience, making it stand out in a competitive market. Today, alongside food and other hospitality services, aesthetic factors play a major role. Let us enhance the beauty of luxury hotels with our distinctive metal designs. #ams #amsarkhitekton #technology #metalwork #woodworking #metal #wallpanels #lasercuttingmachine #seperatorpanels #property #ceiling #cuttingedgetechnology #innovation #metalgates #interiors #interior #architect #design #art #staircasedesign #interiordesign #furniture

Fantastic to see Populus, opening Summer 2024, featured in Travel + Leisure Co.! Check out the article below to get a deeper look into the innovative sustainable solutions that are being implemented for this exciting project!
An exclusive sneak peek into the country's first carbon positive hotel… It was important for us to ensure that Populus' distinctive Aspen-tree-inspired exterior design by Studio Gang was paired with interiors that perfectly complement it both aesthetically and functionally. Wildman Chalmers Design, LLC, in partnership with Fowler + Fowler Architecture, have masterfully realized this vision by creating dynamic interiors that profoundly reflect the hotel's commitment to the environment, all while enhancing the guest experience. As you step in, you're welcomed into a double-height lobby with a lively bar and restaurant to the left, and a sculptural grand staircase to the right. The space, designed to mimic a forest floor, features warm browns, woods, and 'The Reishi Tapestry' – a sculpture crafted from MycoWorks revolutionary leather alternative. The main floors house guest rooms and suites, each with picturesque vistas either of the Denver skyline or the Rockies. The rooftop, evoking a tree's lush canopy, includes a restaurant and bar, hospitality suites, and a biodiverse green roof, landscaped by Superbloom . A thought-provoking art collection, curated by Katherine Homes, provides a full visual and sensory experience, inspired by the locale and the feelings evoked by sitting among an Aspen grove. Populus is slated to open in summer 2024. Read Travel + Leisure Co. full story on its interior design, here: https://bit.ly/46EN4ou #PopulusHotel #PopulusDenver
