Unter dem Motto „Technik live erleben“ wurde an den vergangenen Freitagen im BENTELER Aus- und Weiterbildungszentrum im Februar fleißig geschweißt, gewerkelt und gebaut. 🔧 Die zahlreichen Schülerinnen und Schüler konnten damit direkt in die verschiedenen Metallberufe eintauchen und sich ausprobieren. Als Anwältin habe ich 2016 bei BENTELER Automotive im Bereich Arbeitsrecht begonnen. Nach einigen Zwischenstationen leite ich nun die Rechtsabteilung der Region Mercosur, zu der auch Südafrika gehört. Ich finde es extrem spannend, täglich mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Nationen zusammenzuarbeiten. Unser globales Netzwerk sorgt für einen lebendigen, interkulturellen Austausch.   Und genau diesen versuche auch ich zu fördern: was für mich eine gute Führungspersönlichkeit ausmacht, ist die Fähigkeit, andere Personen zu inspirieren. A bouncy castle on the factory premises? We do a lot to make our employees feel good, but it's not an everyday sight for us either. This summer, we once again opened our doors at various locations to invite our employees' families to take a look behind the scenes. From Chrastava, Czech Republic, to Pune, India, to Skultuna, Sweden, the enthusiasm was palpable at all locations! After all, it's not every day that you have the opportunity to gain fascinating insights into our production processes. Some visitors were amazed at the vehicles in which BENTELER products can be found! Our employees had the opportunity to show their families their workplace and enjoy a day full of fun and exciting activities together. Hot forming plants and simulated robot movements in Chrastava, plant tours in Skultuna, or awards for long-time employees presented by plant manager Mukund Gangane - there was a lot to see and experience. The Family Days were a complete success and will certainly be held at our sites around the world in the future. A look behind the scenes - what would that be like?
