EASA Regs question for the HiveMind, if I may? This is in regard to EASA Part-26/CS-26 compliance times. I'm used to Fixed Wing aspects in Subpart B, which largely are hard-coded into the Reg/CS itself, (eg. CS 26.303 LoV requirement compliance times are listed in Part 26.303). For Rotary Wing aspects (Subpart C), however, I can't seem to find any compliance time requirements. Is this something that is defined by the Competent Authority on an TC by TC basis, or something else?

What's your take on this? Recent Updates on Part 66 regulation: Effective from June 12, 2024, Modules 9 & 10 no longer require essays for completion! as per EASA regulation : IR (EU) 2023/989. But the number of McQ questions for Module 9 (Human Factors) for all category (A, B1, B2, B3 and B2L) has been updated. Earlier it was 20McQ but now there will be 28 McQ question with no essay and 35 minutes time allowed. Similarly, for Module 10 (Aviation Legislation) Category A: 32 multiple-choice, no essay questions. Time allowed: 40 minutes. Category B1, B3, B2 and B2L: 44 multiple-choice, no essay questions. Time allowed: 55 minutes.
