Their article, written by Mark Avsec, Megan Parker, Cole Hardy and Daniel Marks, explores a first-of-its-kind law, Tennessee's ELVIS Act, which provides protection against AI misappropriation of voices, images and songs. Benesch's Healthcare+ Group hosted its Fourth Annual Nephrology and Dialysis Conference last week at the Union League Club of Chicago. The all-day event attracted more than 250 attendees and featured 20 exhibiting companies, along with two presenting sponsors, Cormedix Inc. and Somatus. The conference began with a Dialysis Legislative Update and included a series of panels addressing a range of timely topics such as Physician Integration Strategies, Value-Based Care (VBC) Models, Chronic Care Management, the Future of AI Advances, Tax Planning and Companies to Know.
