It was a special moment for me to be part of this group. Not so much of the content but more for the friendship. We were strangers 14 days ago and now we are friends. Amazing school, amazing energy, amazing food and amazing professors. My baseline has shifted. The way I see how conpany should be run and also why employees’ social behaviour is so important in our organisation. Not forgetting, my personal well being. Sometimes what we need it’s subtraction. Learning to evaluate and remove stupid task is extremely key to growth. 🎓End of Chapter (and 3 lessons learned) #EmbracingChange It’s a moment of fulfilment as I’ve worked very hard to complete my university degree. A 4-year journey that spanned across 3 countries, stitched together by countless moments of #growth, #challenge, #resilience, and #transformation. Here’s 3 lessons learned from people I’ve met along the way, that might help your journey also:    ✅#BuildConnections, #FosterGrowth: never stop connecting with people or random strangers, they all have something different and valuable to teach you that you don’t know-for in each connection, a world of untapped knowledge awaits.   ✅ #ExpandingHorizons: every culture has its own unique way of creative thinking and innovative problem-solving, so expose yourself to diverse culture viewpoints.    ✅ Be the best version of yourself: cliché but you gotta believe in yourself first before anybody else does. Sometimes we can be our toughest critic but its important to be our biggest advocate and believer too.   I owe this special moment to the people who believed in me, stood by my side and supported me through every struggle along the way.
