Grateful will fall short to represent how I feel after this 3-days experience to explore, engage & commit to act to shape the future of Sanofi. But the road is paved with challenges in an environment changing faster than ever, powered by IA spreading at light speed as a tsunami we are learning to surf while it shifts our current paradigms in weeks, patients are empowered & expecting more from our industry & our mission is bold. But I believe we will transform those into opportunities to become the first IA powered biopharma to change the practice of medicine. Sounds exciting to you? To me: mission accepted! Interesting career lessons from Dave Ricks, Eli Lilly and Company Lilly and Company CEO Hardwired capabilities (aka. soft skills) are more important than industry knowledge and experience. Ricks is an example of a non scientist excelling in a scientific company based on some great qualities: bias for speed and sense of urgency, managerial courage, ability to work with people.

Even the jobs I didn't like but I had to do to simply pay the bills. Since leaving my last full-time job in professional hair care back in 2015, I've had the pleasure of appearing on TV and films, providing voiceovers on adverts and appearing on podcasts, presenting for a variety of companies and helping people discover work they actually enjoy.
