As I am thrilled to share my past 3 months experience in Met pgdm. The experience of college was whirlwind of emotions, challenges and exictment. As I stepped onto the campus,I was greeted by diverse community of individuals, each with their unique background and aspirations. The induction week was a flurry of activities, from ice-breaking sessions to faculty introductions, outbound activity that has taught us many things, setting the tone for the intense yet rewarding journey ahead.Academically, this program immediately immersed us in a sea of knowledge. The lectures were thought-provoking,and the professors encouraged participation, challenging our preconceptions and expanding our horizons. The classroom discussions were intellectually stimulating, pushing me to delve deeper into the concepts. Team projects tested my leadership, teaching me to navigate diverse opinions and personalities.Balancing academic, extracurricular activities, and personal life proved to be a challenging yet rewarding experience.Time management became my closest ally. Learning to prioritize tasks and manage deadline honed my organizational skills.
The constant juggle between assignments and networking events taught me the art of multitasking.
Amidst the hustle,I discovered strengths I never knew I had and acknowledged areas that needed improvement. The challenges I faced became opportunities for personal and professional growth. Self-discovery became a daily affair, and with every hurdle overcome, my confidence grew.I found my voice,my purpose, and a newfound belief in my abilities.
