A good initiative to nib the problem at the root cause - the case study can not be termed as the only solution rather this will also be leading to one only solution as per the book that is constraining -would be restricting the room of flexibility for a public servant - although processes for a service are defined , the more it is defined at one hand help in eradicating personal designs but also provide structured outcome - similarly over defining a procedure could lead to a deadlock - a bottleneck which needs human interface hence basic process is detached from the backend analytics for final decision but that too need human confirmation at one point in time A debatesble study for aa selected targeted audience - which can not be used for Public servants as an entity
