I find it interesting how EVEREVE Houston , can't find a store manager with my selling credentials and how alice + olivia River oaks location can't either and have to repost the same job and position over an over every two weeks. It's always " you have a great career it's Its extremely impressive and amazing what you've done" . Is that im over qualified? I think so because they can't produce evidence of anyone in their company that sales over 1 Million in sales let alone 3. I average 10-20K per sale with my clients. My ONE SUPER BOWL fit for my client was over $13K that he wore only for one day. My day to day styles for most of my clients average 10K per style. Over 50K per jewelry piece. So im guessing "impressive" is code for overqualified ? I hold zoom meetings with other stylist who seek my help for THEIR careers. Management, I do that daily, sales, I do it in my sleep. Meeting goals, that's been my LIFE. So for the life in me I can't find any other explanation for skipping over someone with that type of career for "someone else" who can't bring a store to meet the monthly goals set by the district which is why they have to repost the same job every two to three weeks.
