Sometimes when we start to exercise or change our activities we can get some new sensations that may not be injuries per se but they may be signals that things may not be functioning the best. So many talk about “form” and wanting to have “good form” but form is the product of a spine that’s stable. What makes my coaching unique is that I won’t take a new client and put them under a set of weights! When we are in our 40’s, 50’s or any age for that matter, it’s important to build a solid foundation before trying to build the house!
