Listen to this 1-minute video to re-affirm in our mind the importance of DOCUMENTING OUR PROCESSES in our business. This simple action can be an element in compounding growth. Yes, it requires discipline to do. But it can be so worthwhile! Thanks Charles Dairo for sharing your video!
Your best team members will leave. Listen… it doesn’t matter how much you pay people, or how great your company culture is. Your best team members may get a better offer, see another opportunity, move out of the country, or change their career path. When this happens, will your operations continue to run smoothly, or will work scatter? The solution is simple… DOCUMENT YOUR PROCESSES. Document every critical process in your businesses so when employees inevitably leave, you can easily train and onboard people to achieve the same level of results. If you need a tool for this, Beezop makes it easy for you to document processes, train employees faster, and get them to follow your processes to achieve the results your expecting. Interested? Saving MD's money by recruiting successful teams within Clean Energy, Automotive, IT, Data & Digital, and most recently Quantity Surveying and Project Management within Construction (professional services)
I've worked inhouse and I know the stress Head of, Founders and Chief Engineers are under. Time is not on your side, especially within a start up. Working with Senior Management teams working in-house and also as a business owner now at TechWaves Recruitment - Clean Energy & E-mobility the amount of time we save our clients is very apparent when we get comments like: "This is how recruitment should be done!" after they interview one person and hire them. "Wow, they are spot on for what we need, he's perfect" We all know hiring isn't easy. If it was, noone would have an issue with attracting the right people. The reason it works for the clients we work with? ✅ They approve a recruitment process we put into place, and we make tweaks as we go - it's never going to be right the first time. ✅ They are open to talking when we call them, or they'll call us back the same working day. ✅They know what they want and need in the teams they are building. And if they don't they take our lead and we fill the gaps they need filling. ✅ We work well together, as a team. We don't work FOR them we work with them and they treat us as such. ✅ They don't tell us how to do our job and we don't tell them how to do theirs. ✅ We give them our full attention and keep to our promises we make them and if there's any issues we flag them right away. ✅ We support with onboarding and beyond. ✅ We help them grow with supporting them on hiring key roles to support the business and the people - HR heads who can start with a few days a week whilst they grow. So having a network of HR consultancies that we trust is key. And a whole host of other things. Want to start feeling in control of growing your team? Want the best people in the right places at the right time? Want to focus on the strategy of the business rather than being IN IT? Drop me a DM and let's see if we can work together. #CleanEnergy #CleanTech #TechWavesProcess #Emobility

Absolutely hilarious to me how tech companies were spending irresponsibly, left and right, artificially inflating salaries, and now bleed talent all over the place. If I hear one more exec blaming it on a "talent shortage", I might just lose my composure a tiny bit. A certain virus, record-breaking profits, misplaced (over)confidence, bad forecasting, and one (or five) too many oyster & champagne dinners for the "partners" to leave impressions that don't last. You mad? I would be, too. 👀 Anyway, COMPLETELY unrelated and in NO WAY opportunistic, in case you and your colleagues value job security: ⚙ Are you an #IAM Engineer & Specialist looking for a new roof over your head? 🤹♀️ Or maybe you're an experienced #peopleandculture leader who was recently made "redundant"? I thought you might be. Have you tried looking at https://lnkd.in/ent2XqcA ? Traxion is still hiring full boar, even when all the others are dropping like flies. And we have no plans to stop any time soon. 🤙 #safetyfirst #werkenbijtraxion #securityjobs #iam #consultingjobs PS: This wasn't written by AI. I went the extra mile here to mock other tech companies in this post!

We are the team together Ltd trying to offer the most appropriate advice and support possible, but when making decisions about hiring employees for your company, it is crucial to consider the pros and cons in relation to your business goals, the nature of the work, and the specific needs of your company. While having employees may seem like the best option at first glance, it is important to recognize that it may not be the best choice for every business. The decision to hire employees should be aligned with your overall strategy and objectives. Consider your long-term goals and how employees can contribute to achieving them. For example, if your goal is to scale your business and expand into new markets, having a dedicated team of employees can provide the stability and expertise needed to support growth. On the other hand, if your business operates in a niche industry with fluctuating demand, hiring self-employed individuals or contractors may offer more flexibility. The nature of the work should also be taken into account. Some tasks may require specialized skills or knowledge that can only be provided by employees. For instance, if you are running a software development company, having a team of skilled programmers as employees can ensure better quality control and seamless collaboration. However, for certain projects or short-term assignments, hiring self-employed individuals who specialize in specific programming languages may be more cost-effective and efficient. However, there are also drawbacks to consider. Self-employed individuals may have less loyalty and commitment compared to employees, as they are not directly employed by your company. They may also have limited availability or other commitments that can impact project timelines. Furthermore, relying solely on self-employed individuals may create a higher level of dependency on a single workforce, which can pose challenges during periods of high demand or turnover. In summary, while having employees may seem like the best option for some businesses, it is important to recognize that it may not be the optimal choice for every company. Carefully consider your business goals, the nature of the work, and the specific needs of your company when making the decision. Assess the pros and cons of hiring employees versus working with self-employed individuals, and determine which employment arrangement aligns best with your overall strategy and objectives. By doing so, you can make an informed decision that maximizes the potential for success and growth while minimizing potential risks and challenges.
