Some of things I admire the most in REAL People: 1.) Down to earth 2.) Tell it like it is 3.) Brutal Honesty (of course it is only Brutal if you can't handle the truth) 4.) People that look to help other people even before they look to help themselves 5). Loyalty 6). Honesty 7). People that admit to their own mistakes and take ownership 8). People that learn from their mistakes and don't keep acting like they have done no wrong 9). People that are positive, optimistic, energetic, enthusiastic and live their life with zest ... almost like they were given a second chance ... or like they had survived a plane crash and now have bonus time on earth 10). People that communicate and speak their real feelings ... and of course people that love to live and help others live a higher quality of life by doing people favors, smiling, making people laugh, and complimenting people that do exceptional acts of kindness without being asked or being paid to do them ...

A valuable insight that I have gathered over years of training and interactions is that ‘humour when used in the right context almost always works’.
Humour helps people in the room let their guard down. There is a sense of #bonding and camaraderie when people laugh together. A well placed funny example can help people internalise #learning better.
Mix humour with #respect and sensitivity and see the difference.
P.S. - in the process learn to be comfortable in being goofy and laughing at your own imperfections 😊

Hello, Connections!
I wanted to share takeaway learnings from 13th August 2023: Day 1 the synergy meet gathering ASBS & Co.
Seemit Jain and Tamanna Pandey:
It started with the introduction & experience of the respective judges. Judges also shared their expectations from this meeting.
Presentation of Operations core team:
Praveen Pandey: He is one of my favorite speakers and the way he presents anything always gives me some takeaway learnings. He started with gratitude to our Ankush Jain & Respective Judges for this meeting and explain a small story.
A story of Charli who was in the US Air Force and completed 74 missions successfully. He was going on the 75th mission when his jet was shot by the Vietnam army and he survived with the help of a parachute however he had to spend 6 years in Vietnam prison as a war prisoner. Once he came back to the USA. He observed while seating in a restaurant one person is continuously looking at him and later came to him and said, you are Mr. Charli right, who successfully did 74 missions in the air force, and your jet was shot on the 75th mission. Charli was strange at how he knows him and when he asked, that person said he use to keep a parachute on him before every mission. Charli felt a profound sense of regret for not having previously acknowledged the individual's presence. He realized he had never expressed his gratitude to the person who had diligently ensured his safety before each mission, a gesture that ultimately contributed to his survival and well-being.

He also shows a short video to explain the importance of gratitude and sharing happiness and Positivity.

He also explains how he is focused on results and once the eventual output is explained there are many ways to achieve that and he makes sure the same within TAT.
Presentation of CEE (Centralised Efficiency Team) team: Introduction of each member of the CEE team and how they are applying the 9Cs in their work which are Cooperation, Collaboration, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Communication, Culture, Coexistence, and Coordination. This thing Can Win Over Talent .
Consistency Can win over talent anyday .
For Example, their is one person who have a talent of singing 🎤 🎤 but don't do practice consistently and on the other end there is a person who don't have a talent of singing 🎙 but love to do singing and doing consistent practice of singing than one day that 2nd person will know more singing than that 1st one .
Because ' Practice in the right direction makes man perfect ' 😇 .
It doesn't matter that if we don't know some work or if we don't have talent in that particular work .
If we do consistently practice of that particular work in right direction than no one can stop us to be master in that work.
