Post RERA ,first we got more structured and organised, as real developers readied themselves in embracing change and adapting to the various rules and regulations that were mandatory to adhere with. Now as the Indian Real Estate is on a growth trajectory, we are now witnessing institutionalisation of the industry. Moving from an fragmented industry, with developers operating in micro markets , we are now seeing the emergence of Real estate developers having Pan India presence and being listed on the BSE. 💜💚 TEAM TUESDAY!🖐 Team Information sessions are necessary at Queenpads. We encourage personal growth & self awareness hence usually find time inbetween our work schedule to squeeze in a few hours and some minutes to learn as a team. Here it was like a "re-introduction" into Queenpads as an organization. An opportunity to "get to know" - who we are and what we represent, introduce our Core Values and the importance of having Policies in a Workplace or anywhere we associate ourselves with outside of work. The team were engaging and participated well. "It is very important that all team members are fully informed and understand what it means to be a part of this organization, know and understand its values, vision and mission.
