Happy Nursing Week! 🎉🩺 We want to take this opportunity to recognize Aleksandar Nozinic, the first-ever Bayshore Specialty Rx Patient Support Services Nurse of the Year! Aleksandar, the eldest of two children, arrived in Québec at age 10. He always wanted to make a positive impact on others, so after quickly learning French and completing secondary school, he decided to pursue a career in Nursing. His professional journey began at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont in Montreal (Québec) back in 2010. He first worked in neurology as a student nurse, then as a trainee, and later spent most of his hospital career as a registered nurse in the emergency department of the same establishment. His extensive experience in Nursing and exposure to various medical fields allowed him to thrive. Aleksandar not only cared for patients but also discovered his passion for leadership. Some evenings were dedicated to patient well-being, while others were spent leading, helping and guiding fellow caregivers. In 2017, Aleksandar embarked on a new challenge by joining Bayshore as a Single Point of Contact Nurse. Here, he worked mainly in English, his third language, which he had the chance to improve over the years within the Organization. Aleksandar's dedication to patient care, leadership, and customer service is unparalleled. He excelled in managing communications with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring medication compliance, and supporting an Oncology clientele. His strong dedication to customer service was evident through his readiness to go above and beyond in facilitating the needs of medical professionals and resolving urgent issues efficiently. His dedication did not go unnoticed. Aleksandar's expertise in PSP and leadership qualities led to his promotion to Associate Program Manager and subsequently to Program Manager. In this role, he acts as the primary liaison with pharmaceutical partners. Collaborating closely with them, he ensures that Program performance meets expectations while maintaining a patient-centric approach. Additionally, Aleksandar oversees a team of nurse case managers across multiple programs, contributing to delivering high-quality care and the success of PSP initiatives. #nursingweek #healthcare

Please PSW nurses from Bayshore should be polite in their manners towards patients. Some Bayshore PSW nurses of Indian origin are very ill mannered and don't know how to take care of the patients. Please recruit professional and well_mannered PSWs in future who are well trained. Thank you. Bayshore is a very good company in terms of helping elderly patients.🥰
