For my maiden speech in Parliament, Fanny Wedro was on my mind. We must defend our democracy from all threats, foreign and domestic. We will build the freest, most prosperous country on earth. We will fight that fight. We will restore the promise of Canada.

LESS TALKED - Treaty of Tordesillas (1494) : It was mediated by Pope Alexander VI, who sought to prevent conflicts between Catholic nations. The treaty divided the newly discovered lands outside Europe between Spain and Portugal along an imaginary line, known as the Line of Demarcation. The Treaty of Tordesillas also indirectly influenced the colonization efforts of other European powers. Nations like England, France, and the Netherlands, excluded from the Spanish-Portuguese duopoly, sought alternative routes and territories for their own expansion. This competition among European powers intensified and eventually led to the colonization of large parts of the world. #Indonordicassociation(dot)org Indo Nordic Strategic Association, India https://qr.ae/psprIf

On March 31, 1917, a pivotal moment in the history of the Virgin Islands unfolded as the United States formally took possession from Denmark 🇩🇰 through a $25 million transaction. This day, known as Transfer Day, marked a significant transition in the governance and identity of the islands, ushering in new opportunities and challenges. Today, Transfer Day is commemorated as a reflection of the Virgin Islands’ 🇻🇮 rich cultural heritage and complex history. It serves as a reminder of the enduring bonds between the islands and the United States, fostering a sense of unity and appreciation for the islands’ unique contributions to American history and diversity. Now, if we could change the laws that would allow Virgin Islanders to vote for the presidency. 🤔 #transferday #usvi #usvirginislands #stthomas #stjohn #stcroix #waterisland #solecialstudies #protectourculture

THIS IS LAST HOPE FOR GAZA In the name of humanity to whosoever this post reaches should sent this post to P.M. and President of his country and also to news papers and TV's. After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are 1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith. 2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world. . Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted these countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN. More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. They invaded and looted several countries so much so they created terrorist groups also. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above.

Many Canadians think of treaty rights as “special” First Nations rights however, all people living in Canada are treaty people with their own set of rights, privileges, and responsibilities. Also, If you are a new Canadian you in fact inherited rights, privileges, and responsibilities. Treaties are a foundational part of Canada and Canadian society. Every road, house, building, or business that exists today in a treaty area was made possible because of a treaty. There are historic peace and friendship treaties, 11 numbered treaties, and modern-day treaties across what we now call Canada. The existence of treaties is proof that First Nations peoples are sovereign people and negotiated Nation to Nation with the Crown for example. Land plays a big role in the 11 numbered treaties. First Nations agreed to share the land and that is what we did. We did not surrender or cede, these words do not even exist within our languages. Canadians are benefitting and continue to benefit from these treaties.
