⁉️⁉️Given the choice between hiring a candidate with a bachelor's degree and no experience or a candidate with 7 to 15 years of experience but no degree, which would you prefer? I've noticed that many companies are strict about requiring a degree, even if the candidate has no real-world experience. On the other hand, they often pass over highly qualified candidates who have extensive practical experience but no formal degree. This isn't to criticize those with degrees or those without; I'm just curious about your thoughts on this. How do you balance the value of formal education against practical, hands-on experience when making hiring decisions?
