Yesterday as I scrolled through old photos I stopped on a snapshot taken in Central Park. My fondest memory as I walked through the serene paths of the park was how green it was! All that beautiful nature surrounded by the bustling energy of a crowded city! I couldn't help but draw parallels to the concepts of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Inclusivity in our professional lives. Central Park, an oasis of diversity and vitality, perfectly symbolizes the essence of EI.
