There are lots of reasons to reimagine your office. 1 Revenue growth by providing an enhanced client experience. 2 Retaining talent by creating a magnetic workplace. 3 Delivering on your sustainability promises by creating an environmentally sound space. PBJ Management represent talent in the entertainment business and came to us for all of the reasons above. With time apart during covid, now felt like the time to reinvest in the office, reimagine the redundant space and create a place which people were excited to come and work together in. As fellow Fitzrovia-dwellers in #westminster we were delighted to help and made a few keys moves creating a future-proofed, sustainable and collaborative space. We transformed the underused reception area into a cafe space that opens into the boardroom, creating an event space and open area for collaboration. Openable, removable walls create meeting rooms or space for larger events depending on the need. Moving the kitchen from a windowless room at the rear to the front entrance has created an arrival experience more akin to hospitality, and encourages people to pause, talk and collaborate. Upstairs, the introduction of bespoke circular desks around the columns has created the maximum amount of circulation and allows a more organic movement through the office, as well as providing a space whose occupancy can vary without it feeling empty or full.
