Over the past 30 years, Tim Fielder has been a critical component of Barnhart's success. His hard work and honest (and often unfiltered) approach always kept it real and inspired us all. Tim made the toughest and most challenging jobs just “a tater." He led by example, always insisting, "Just gonna do it lean and mean." Tim never let us forget where we came from, often saying, "Back in the day, we'd do this with three guys in half the time," always pushing us to improve. Like some kind of mystical heavy-haul shaman, Tim’s ability to size up a job was always uncannily accurate. If he said, "The job is talking to you," you’d better listen. Tim, thank you for the countless memories and the impact you’ve made on every one of us. As for your retirement, "Ya'll tell me, do you want it or not?" We think we know the answer. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement. Congratulations, Tim and keep on “livin’ the dream. #MindsOverMatter #BarnhartCrane

The ultimate in "subject matter expert". If you described the load and its origin and destination, Tim knew how much, how hard and the best options to get it there. True team player who stood ready to help out a customer or the Barnhart team. A total delight to work with for the last 30 years! Much love to you Tim!

Congratulations Tim! Well deserved, although you and I didn't see eye to eye on things at times, mainly because you are 6'-4" and I am 5'-5 3/4" tall with my boots on, I still enjoyed working with you and learning from you. Don't be a stranger if I run into you at the Cracker Barrel!
