My dad passed away peacefully on 7th July 2024. I was his primary carer and the joy I have had in spending time with him since my mums passing in 2022..has been priceless. My dad was bed bound since Sept 2023. We watched my mums favourite programmes, he shared his stories and we cried and laughed together. All he wanted was his four children and we just lived with him and slept in the living room. It was hard but we wouldn’t have it any other way. He was my best friend, my business mentor and the go to person for any advice. He taught me to be humble, to never compromise in my values and never measure success based on wealth but by the quality of your sleep. “Barjis, when you do no wrong and lead a good life.. you will sleep well at night. This is success”. I will miss him terribly. To everyone who have elderly parents, please make the time to visit them, to look after them and even if you have to sacrifice your earnings and career.. do it! No amount of wealth is more important than our parents. Their prayers are more valuable than our bank balance. At the end of the day we don’t take anything with us in our grave. #memories #parents #loss
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون May Allah bless him with high ranks in Jannah and grant him forgiveness. May you find peace, strength, and solace to bear this irreplaceable and heart-wrenching loss. His legacy will carry on through the wonderful lessons he passed on to his children. Sending love and prayers ❤️ Barjis Chohan
إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ Sorry for your loss, a void that can’t be filled by anyone or anything else except… for the wonderful memories you created with your father. Those memories are priceless. Alhamdolillah you’re very blessed to have had the opportunity to devote so much time to your father. May Allah swt bless you and your family with ease and aafiyah as you continue to be his sadqa jarya, the connection in the dunya before you’re united in the Akhira Aameen. 🤲🏽
Innah lillahi wa innah ilayhi Raajioon. Allah swt give a blessed akhirah, forgiveness and jannah to your father and all those that have left us and solace to their families and loved ones. Allah SWT give your father the best of Jannah and you all patience and serenity at this profoundly sad time Barjis. My heart is with you all
Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raajioon. Very sad to hear this. May Allah elevate his station and reward you for your care.
O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, protect and pardon, honor their station, and make their resting ground spacious. Ameen
Inna lillahi wa Inna ilaihi rajiun....may Allah bless him with the highest level in jannah, Aameen. You are so right in saying that our parents need our presence once they lose their strength after living a full life and bringing you up to the best of their capabilities and it's the duty of every child to be there for them instead of regretting for not grasping those last moments of happiness you could have shared with them.
So sorry for your loss, hope you continue to celebrate his life.
إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون Heartfelt condolences May Allah grant you all patience & strength at this difficult time
اِنّا لِلّہِ وَاِنّا اِلَیہِ رَاجِعُون May Allah swt grant himJannahtul Firdaus and yuur family sabr at this incredibly difficult time ameen x
