This post is for Michael Feldman, the president of Choice NY Realty Management Company. When a tenant has a problem, do not have your pit bull, Nicholas G. Yasonia-Murphy, call up a female tenant and ask her if she uses the bathroom. Your guy didn't want to hear about the trash in the hallway, or about the electrical stuff that was plugged into the outside of my storage space, but he wanted to discuss my bathroom habits; It's beyond weird. And just a suggestion, but when you have an issue with a tenant, it's not a good idea to have a guy call her up, scream at her, call her a liar, and then hang up on her. And for any of you thinking about renting a space that is managed by Choice NY, after reading this, would you really rent from them? Would you ever consider using them to manage your building? What an experience!

Why is it that when person disagrees with a Trump supporter, the insults start. Foolish me! I thought that in the US, we were allowed to disagree respectfully about politics, but I guess that I was wrong. So no, I'm not a Trump supporter, but I'm also not ugly, not stupid, not unhappy, and not deranged. I just don't care for Donald Trump. End of story.

I'm reading a new biography of Henrietta Szold by Francine Klagsbrun. Many years ago, I made rugs for Francine, and we have kept in touch over the years. She is now 92, and this is her latest book. The story is fascinating, and her writing is superb. If you have college age children who are taking composition, buy this book and give it to them so that they can learn how to write full paragraphs filled with sentence structure variation. And you, too, will enjoy this great read. Shabbat shalom.

After the United Nations issued a lower documented death toll for women and children, Israel’s foreign minister, Israel Katz, called the new numbers “the miraculous resurrection of the dead in Gaza,” saying the United Nations had relied on “fake data from a terrorist organization.” https://lnkd.in/eAAdtWBf
