Successful Female Entrepreneurs don’t manage time They create time Here are 6 questions to get you started on creating the week/month you want:  1. What are your non-negotiable appointments? -Dr’s appts, kids appts, team meetings, date time, social events 2. What is on my to-do list this week -Is there anything that isn’t urgent 3. What’s on my list that can be delegated -What can be automated? 4. What can be removed from my calendar -How can I get off my computer more 5. What are the positive habits I am forming? 6. What is my overall intention for this week/month -How am I supporting my overall intentions for the year Creating a work/life balance is not common There is no ‘one way works for everyone’ But, women are natural creators and collaborators.  Setting your intentions and being mindful of your energy are good places to start.  I like these questions because they ensure my upcoming schedule supports what’s truly important: my life.

Older generations may look at Gen Z and think that they are lazy or are idealists, and Gen Z may look at older generations and think they have the wrong priorities when it comes to work-life balance.
